Green Initiatives
The focus at Chennai One has always been to minimise its carbon footprint, mitigate climate-change inducing practices and promote reliance on natural and renewable energy systems. It has also been its endeavour to implement efficient recycling practices and reduce dependence on artificial light within its buildings.
Sustainability at Chennai One, however, is more than certifications and grades. It is a way of life. The IT Park has been steadfast in its efforts to build a green sensibility into all its projects and into the campus, with round-the-year tree planting drives, investment in EV charging stations way ahead of the industry timelines and the consistent use of green design principles for its properties.
Certification
Both Chennai One Magnum and Chennai One Alpha have been designed according to Leeds
Gold Standards.
