Ms. Rukmini Thiagarajan has spent over a decade at IG3 Infra Limited, in various roles and positions. Her goal has always been to employ her creative and managerial skills to build a sustainable, value-oriented organisation. This has been her motto at work and thus in all the projects undertaken and associations forged, for the IT Park, she has emphasised on establishing a collaborative and human ecosystem at work. She considers herself a lifelong learner and is always in step with the latest developments, be it in technology and human resources or geopolitics. She considers herself as someone who is naturally innovative and open to new ideas.

Mr S. Raja
Deputy General Manager
Marketing & Leasing at Chennai One IT SEZ Park
At Chennai One, Mr.Raja leads the group’s marketing and leasing function.
Mr. Raja is responsible for maintaining continuous engagement with all International Property Consultants and clients and provide timely response to the large number of RFIs (request for information) at Chennai One. He reports directly to the CEO/Owner of the campus. He is an IGBC Accredited Professional. He is also an active member of CoreNet and RICS.
Prior to working with Chennai One Mr. Raja has worked with Bayline Infocity SEZ.

Mr. C. Ramachandran is a former Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer. He has served in various positions within the government and retired as Principal Secretary to the Industries Department in 1996. A post-graduate in Physics from Madras Christian College (MCC), he joined the IAS in 1960 and has played an influential role in the development of the state in his roles as Chairman and Managing Director of Public Sector undertakings such as the Tamil Nadu Electricity Board, Tamil Nadu Industrial Development Corporation, State Industries Promotion Corporation, Tamil Nadu Tourism Development Corporation among others.
Mr. Ramachandran has also served as Director on the boards of Madras Refineries Limited, FACT, SPIC, Tamil Nadu Petro Products and Elnet Technologies Limited. He is instrumental in expanding the scope of IG3 Infra Limited and creating Chennai One as one of the premium IT parks in the country.
Mr. A. P. Radhakrishnan

Mr. A. P. Radhakrishnan brings a deep understanding of the world of real estate market. A civil engineer by training, he has over four decades of experience with numerous government and private organisations in senior leadership positions.
He is a veteran in the field of construction and real estate development, having spent a lifetime working in various roles across diverse functions in government, private and non-governmental organisations. He has worked as Senior Professional Engineer, Arbitrator Adjudicator, member of Dispute Resolution Board and as a Government Approved Valuer. Mr. Radhakrishnan has been a part of the Chennai Port Trust, the Chennai Metropolitan Development Authority and several private organisations in the course of his long and illustrious career. He has helped create a formidable presence for IG3 Infra Limited in a highly competitive landscape.
Ms Renu Sarin
Director
Ms Renu Sarin is an entrepreneur who runs a successful family business out of Chennai, New Delhi and Mumbai. She spends her time between the many companies that has helped co-found and/or manages with her husband. Her business mantra is “Keep it simple and green”. Her philosophy is that “The world needs affordable, excellent quality products that are environment friendly”.
She believes strongly in upholding the values of simple living, honesty and hard work in all her endeavours. She is committed to create safe, healthy and environment-aware workplaces in all the ventures that she undertakes. A graduate in Politics and Commerce from Daulatram College, New Delhi, Ms Sarin is a director on IG3 Infra Limited and several other companies.
